According to the original patent for toilet paper, how should the loose end hang down? Which cocktail is the national drink of Puerto Rico? The Charity Quiz Night was about neck or nothing. The participants found the questions a hard nut to crack. Because only the best team could win the cup.

A girl’s future starts with a seat in a classroom. But it’s not just a seat. Girls with an education give back and lift their peers up. They serve as mentors, role models, and advocates for other children. They challenge stereotypes and prejudices about what’s right and fight for a better world for all. They make the world a more colourful, exciting place for everyone.

Pakistan is in crisis from the destruction caused by historic flooding. Millions of children have lost their homes, and the lingering floodwaters are threatening outbreaks of waterborne diseases. Pandemic-related social distancing continued to keep children away from friends, school and support. Conflict destroyed communities and forced families to flee. Millions of children were forced into child labour or child marriage. Our response: We helped children return to school, resist exploitation and prejudice, prevent disease and overcome the trauma of war.
